If you opt for a prepaid return label from DHL and its international partners, the following fees will be deducted from the refund:

Germany: 3 €

France, Belgium and the Netherlands: 5 €

Italy: 8 €

UK: £ 8

Switzerland: 15 CHF

AT / DK / CZ / CY / EE / ES / FI / IE / HR / HU / LT / LU / PL / RU / SI / SK: 12 €

No fees for exchanges within the EU
